By accessing and placing an order with Seravon, you confirm you are in agreement with and bound by the terms contained herein. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Seravon.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment is processed securely at checkout via Stripe. We do not store your full payment details. Orders are confirmed by email once payment has been received.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. Free shipping is available on orders of £100 or more.
Seravon is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs procedures for international orders.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
